CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with me, this also affects the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. I appreciate your understanding.
